All breads are hand-crafted and freshly baked using natural ingredients and sourdough-baking method. Everything is made from scratch at Yin’s, from cultivating wild yeasts to fermenting and rolling of sourdough, using the finest, traditional method. It takes more than two days. A must-try is their Cinnamon Sourdough Roll topped with Walnut and Raisin, the bread is dense, crusty but soft and pillowy inside, with a generous amount of crushed Walnuts and Raisin.
